Short-Term Registration

Short term registration (for a period of no more than 5 weeks). An applicant for short-term registration must meet all the same criteria as if applying for general registration. Short-term registration is neither renewable nor restorable. This form must be submitted with the relevant registration application form and supporting documentation.
