Supervised Practice Program
The purpose of the Supervised Practice Program is to:
- provide probationary registrants with experience in, and instruction about, practising in the profession; and
- help probationary registrants to develop knowledge about practising in the profession; and
- teach probationary registrants the standards of conduct required of a registrant; and
- enable a probationary registrant to meet the requirements for general registration without probationary conditions.

Please find below the progress report and final report forms for radiation technology and medical imaging technology. The forms for nuclear medicine are undergoing revision and will be published to this site as soon as they are available.
Applicants need to complete the Board’s registration documents, finalise paperwork from the AIR or the ANZSNM and apply for a Use License from Radiation Health.
